RETURN POLICY

Returns – Alexander Lorenzi

If you received incorrect or defective items, please email info@alexander-lorenzi.com to discuss the issue.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

Once received and approved, you will be issued a full refund. Return shipping costs are not included. Items that appear used, opened, or not in original condition cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

  1. Send Your Return
    • Email your completed return form along with a photo of the items to info@alexander-lorenzi.com.
    • After approval, ensure your package is securely packed and marked “Returns” on the outside.
    • Ship using a tracked and insured service.
    • Send a follow-up email with tracking information to info@alexander-lorenzi.com.
  2. Return Address
    The approved return form will provide the correct return address.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Packages must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Use a traceable, insured shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return.
  • Returns must be approved before shipping; unapproved returns may not be processed.

Refund

Once we receive and approve your return, your purchase amount will be refunded within seven business days to your original payment method.
